Ali is a dynamic consultant specializing in playful leadership development, behavioral change, creativity, and personal empowerment. With a rich background in facilitating transformative experiences, Ali has collaborated with organizations such as TikTok, UC Berkeley, and Google to drive growth, innovation, and organizational change. Leveraging the proprietary VIBES Methodology, Ali helps teams unlock creativity, foster psychological safety, and execute impactful strategies.

Ali’s career journey has been deeply rooted in transformation. Her early upbringing in Greencastle, PA, was shaped by an immersive and non-traditional Montessori-inspired education, sparking a lifelong passion for experiential learning and play. Ali earned her degree in Theology, exploring why people believe what they believe, paired with a minor in Psychology, examining why people do what they do.

She began her career in wellness, coaching individuals through change and growth. Transitioning into ad sales, she honed storytelling and audience engagement skills before stepping into executive recruiting for Big 4 firms. This path led her to consulting, where she rose quickly to lead the ramp-up of a Workday Tech Practice, driving strategy and organizational alignment within an energetic 400-person firm.

Ali’s expertise expanded further at Google, where she spent five years recruiting for Cloud engineering, AI, and ML roles while facilitating leadership workshops and strategy sessions. She developed and launched The Advocate Program, boosting morale by 60% through fostering psychological safety and encouraging bold innovation.

Ali has shared her insights at conferences, including speaking engagements at Google and thought leadership at The LinkedIn Recruiter Conference, where her thought leadership inspired teams to rethink leadership and transformation strategies. Her work extends beyond corporate settings through retreats and workshops designed to spark creativity and growth.

As the founder of GroundedNomad, Ali published her book, "Activating the Eternal Child," and built immersive experiences, including treasure hunts and leadership programs for companies like TikTok and UC Berkeley. Guided by her VIBES Methodology, Ali empowers teams to take bold risks, build psychological safety, and achieve meaningful transformation.
